I have attempted to update the firmware on my MED Pro card numerous times to no available. I am currently on HW12 FW051. Everytime I attempt to download the firmware it aborts.

Any suggestions on what I should do to get this board up to date?

What file are you trying to put on the board? Are you sure you are using the 11 and greater firmware?

Yes, I attempted to download tn2302ap_v108_h11-sig.bin and when that didn't work I attemted V105 and V107 to no avail.

Can I ask a silly question? Have you enabled the medpro board for file transfer before FTPing the file to the board?

The file is FTP-ed to a CLAN, then updated to MedPro from there.

It is really not a silly question, I am new to the system and may not have done this. How do I check?

VERY IMPORTANT STEP: Once you connect to CLAN thru FTP, MAKE SURE YOU ENTER BINARY MODE! If you do not do this, you may lose the ability to communicate with the MedPro altogether.

Thanks for all of the information on this, I really appreciate the assistance!

I attempted to download firmware for two CLAN cards, two MED PRO Cards and a maintenance test card. All were successful with the exception of the second CLAN card. I will try to FTP the firmware to the CLAN again and see if this works. Is this something I can do during business hours or will I need to wait until all users are logged off?

I always do this after hours as the board is out of service during the upgrade.

Just wanted to drop and note to let you all know that the firmware was not loaded on the C-LAN so when I attempted to download, there was nothing to download. Using the instructions from phoneguy55, I was able to ftp to the C-LAN card then download the firmware. BIG Thanks to everyone for assisting me on resolving this issue.
