TLS No Client Certificate Present / process_tls_handshake_connect failed

Dear all,
My system is working normal with SMGR 7.1.3, SM 7.1.3, CM 7.1.3, SBCE 6.3.7, TLS 1.2, IX workplate on Adroid 10, IOS 13, Windown 10.
Suddenly, last week on EMS has alarm TLS No Client Certificate Present / process_tls_handshake_connect failed. All SIP client register on smart phone, PC from internet can not register.

Please help me check it, hi every one

The SBC is sometimes stupid. If it's offered mutual TLS from a server, it'll send a 0 byte certificate to the server even if you don't have a certificate configured for the client side.

Pcap it.

Probably just need to get a SMGR signed cert on the client profile facing SM.

Many thanks Kyle. Sequently in a month this issue was been appeared again. I've got certificate on SMGR then install for client softphone. I only know to restore snapshot for SM and SBC at time this system working normal. Please guide me what have to do on SM, SMGR, SBC server.
