Hi

We are having issues trying to get queued announcements to play at predetermined times.

We are trying to use a condition with a compare and a TimeQueued condition and a time of lets say 10
Then we are trying to do a next then to a condition with 40. we will be setting many more

The first condition goes on right away and plays the message based on what time we have set in the announcements for the HG it doesn't look at the time in the condition.
It then stays in the announcement mode and will not go to the second condition.

I have read the few threads i can find on this and it should be straight forward.

Are we missing something basic?

Thanks in advance for any direction.

we are as well on 9.1 should that matter

Do you want the same Announcement repeating the over and over 10 times?
Or first one, then different repeating 9 times?

What should happen when 10 has been reached?

Kind regards

Gunnar

We are trying to play a bunch of different announcements then eventually give the option to transfer out to a call back messaging server via a button press from a menu.

You need to use the time in system of queue time.
This should work fine as i used it before.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Ran a test on a 10x wav "Queued", works just as it's supposed to.

It's probably your Conditions that are set up wrong.

Here you can download my Multi Wave Queued Module and Condition

HG> Announcement> 1st -> 1 sec > Repeat -> 18 sec.

(It's a 20 sec repeating setup, but there's always a delay, so you may need to trim the timers on IPO and Condition.
Longer the interval = Easier to hit the correct timer setting

Kind regards

Gunnar

Hi Gunnaro

Thanks for the module.

looks good we placed it in our queued start point for the HG added some test recordings and did the settings as you suggested for testing.
but nothing plays?

This does seem like it should be a simple testing of time in state,
but nothing
What are we doing wrong?

Thanks for the assistance so far

If you want, scan my QR code, export your IPO config, drop me mail.
I'll run that in my home lab. Going to run some tests anyway.

Kind regards

Gunnar
