I am having an issue with time warner cable on opposite end of IP Office Ip sets. Caller complaining about not hearing the Ip phones although they sound fine...It is not the direct media path...any ideas??
I'm confused about your request. Is this one location with SIP trunks running off a Time Warner cable connection or a main office branch office situation? If you can hear their audio but they cannot hear yours I would look at the firewall and also your network topology settings.
i have another post on this...5621 issue...it is time warner cable with analog trunk handoff in the offive. vpn'd to time warner cable home service. running 2-5621 ip sets....
