Time stamp in textbox...

Hello Everyone,

Just want to thank you all in advance for answering my question.

I have a textbox named "txtNotes". I want to be able to give any comments typed into this box a timestamp. Does any one know how I can do this without loosing any of the old comments that was entered previously?
 
on lost foucs
txtNotes= now() & vbnewline & txtNotes
