Customer uses an AA to answer all calls with 3 options with each option ringing a different group and a group for VIP calls (separate number no AA for VIP calls). They want to implement a rollover to a live answering service if call is not answered in 5 rings. That's the easy part. What i'm a bit confused on is getting all calls to go directly to the live answering service on Mondays when closed from 7AM-10PM automatically. Each AA option and the VIP number will each have a different answering service number. I've set that up and it works fine. Just getting calls straight to the live service is my challenge without the customer having to press a night button. I know how to acomplish this with vmpro but not embedded.Thanks in advance
