This seems simple, however it has kicked my A@*

We have an incoming call route for our fax number that comes in on our PRI and the destination is analog extension 379 attached to fax machine 1. This has been working fine for some time. We added a second faxmachine on analog extension 377 that we want to receive faxes on at night and weekends. I added the night and weekend time profiles to the incoming call route for the fax number and directed the time profiles to extension 377 (the night fax machine) however IP Office seems to be ignoring the time profile and routing the faxes to the default route. What am i missing or doing wrong?

Thank you

You will want to build the profile backwards. put the closed times in not the open times.
