time profile issue 1

can help

i have been asked to setup a time profile on the avaya ip office 500V2 release 9.1.0

The times are as follows

Monday - friday 09.00 - 13.00



I have set this up but the time profile show always 00:00 - 23:59


I cannot change time correct


Any help greatly appreciated

You aren't doing it correctly, there really isn't much to it. Explain the process you are doing

yes ok

1) select time profile , right button and select new.

2)Write name as "Business Time" without "

3)Add Recurring and flag monday to friday

4)Setting time 08:00 to 13:00 and thenk click ok

But time isnt correct still remain 00:00 to 23:59


i done all steps without send configuration...

whats wrong please help me

Try using the drop down menu to choose your time instead of manually entering it.

Try putting the times in first and then select the days mon-fri
Press ok

Any method works for me, the only time I've seen oddness like this is when someone has left UAC turned on in their windows account (the thing that pops the annoying "Are you sure/Allow this" boxes every time you install/launch anything), it stops some stuff working in Manager but not other stuff...strange but true
