Dear All,

I s there any way to change the time format of Avaya IP Office 500?. Currently it is 24 Hours. The end user need it 12Hours format.

Please advise me..

12 hour days would be awfully quick.

Phone do show time as am-pm
Perhaps you can redefine your question more pointedly.

The time on the handsets is dictated by system locale, in UK it's the 24hr clock (yanks say military time) in the US its AM/PM ...I believe that's the case anyway :)

"No problem monkey socks

@amriddle

That's awfully regimented and not the softer-gentler am-pm.

We in the States say "the flash mob riot begins at 8pm".

Now isn't that a more friend way to express time for an event. :)

I think because we are smarter and can count to 24 :)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

:) Any way.. I changed the locale to US. Now its working.. Thanks all..

You'll see the benefit if you've ever gotten up for work at 6 and noticedit's getting darker instead of brighter on your way to work and the traffic seems light.
It's as bad as rushing to school on a Saturday.

changing the locale to US my cause problems with other features, make sure you test this thoroughly

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

true.
Changing to US EST could make you stiff and a loud talking jerk.
Changing to US PST could make you a surfer dude who wants to hang ten.
