Time/Date Display

Am I missing something terribly simple? I want to display the time and date on the phones connected to a new IP Office 406 running 3.1. Nowhere in the config can I find anything. I have both 5610 and 2420 phones connected. If I plug in a 6408, I am able to switch the display to TmDay, but after power cycling the phone, it goes back to displaying the extension number.

From what I've been told by my vendor, that's the way it is. It seems like such a simple thing. In fact EVERY time I merge a config into my 412, all of the phones reset to the name.

Did you try putting a date and time display button on the phone?

Adding a TmDay button to a 5610 will display the time and date, until the phone is rebooted.

Samething happen with the "HFAI" button.
