According to my 9714 2.00.02 (date: 12/01/99) firmware that error would be:
ERR_SYSEFLGWT_TIMEOUT_IN_STRT_SCN,
Timeout in camera software waiting for hand to start scan. If servo errors proceeds this one then use that errors fru list.
Note: Might need to check if z mechanism can reach to both top and bottem crash stops. Are crash stops intact and not damaged?
