I have a client with a IP406V2 R5. They use embedded voicemail as well as voicemail to email using gmx. At least once a week the emails stop going through and a reboot is required to get it going again. I notice when the system comes back up, it generates the error "The license server is no longer operational". They have no licenses nor even a license key on this system. I know gmx isn't the most reliable, but to go down once/twice a week is a little extreme. Does anyone know if the error I am receiving would have any effect on emails being sent?

If you have a PC available you can try installing hMailServer which will allow you to eliminate GMX and will give you much better ability to troubleshoot. Doesn't have to be a "dedicated" server/PC nor a very powerful one but should be one that is left on all of the time.

Can you use hmail if you don't have a domain? This client just has a DSL router with dhcp giving out addresses. They don't have a true network set-up.
