The caller does not hear me sometimes

Incoming call and Outcoming call : Trunk SIP
Phone : 5402 (Numeric), 5602 (IP), 1616 (IP)

Sometimes, the caller does not hear the customers..with 5402 avaya OR 5602, so there are no problem on network lan.

Trunk SIP it works well for 1 year..i dont understand.
This problem may have happened since the upgrade to version 8, but I'm not sure. Any network device has changed recently
I dont understand. do you have an idea ?

Are we talking about an issues with the SIP Line(s) or the digital and IP Phones?

Did it work prior to the upgrade?

Can you call from phone to phone and have a conversation with no issues?

Please elaborate more on the exact issue.
