TES 824 E night mode message and hang up 1

Hi all,

I have a TES 824e ive picked up for a small start up as an initial get us by system.

I was surprised at how easily ive gotten 99 percent set up.

I am stuck on one small bit.

i have an AA set up for day mode using OGM 1 and the menu options ring the 2 groups and relevant extensions correctly.

In night mode the AA plays OGM 2 which is an out of hours message saying call again tomorrow *(Voice mail not required by customer. )
but it then procededs to ring for ten rings before it disconnects.

Id like to disconnect the call as soon as OGM 2 had finished playing "basicaly hello we not here ..gooodbye

I cant see a way to acomplish this other than i have done i really dont want the client thinking someone might answer and then ..bye

The Tes824 we picked up does not have the BV card installed.

Hopefully ive missed something obvious ...
 
in 7.2 change the DISA no Dial Mode to disconnect, however this is sytem wide so if you have an option in OGM 1 that states the caller to Hold, you would need to change that to be an option instead otherwise it will disconnect the call.
