I have a MOH question regarding tenant groups.
If I have two separate MOH sources setup for tenants 1 and 2 and I have a user in tenant group 1 that dials a TAC for a trunk group in tenant group 2, when the call placed out on the trunk group in tenant group 2 in placed on hold by the user in tenant group 1 which MOH source will the caller hear?

I am only in the implementation stage and I assumed that it would be the users tenant assignment but I just figured I would ask to see if I got a different answer from the forum.

I believe tha it will be the MOH for tenant 2 since the trunks belong to Tenant 2 and that is where the MOH needs to be attached to.

Tolson... true but if the user in tenant 1 places the call on hold then the MOH port should see 'tenant 1 user' placing the call on hold. Then if you status the TG in tenant 2 it should show MOH source per tenant 1. Did that make sense? I feel like I just rambled...
