For quite some time I've been trying to learn about temporary internet files, cookies and history.

I've drawn a big fat blank apart from the fact that history and temporary internet files are not normal files and the cookies found within the temporary internet files folder is some kind of pointer to the real data in windows\cookies.

Can anyone tell me more or give me a link?

I want to delete, move, copy get last access/created/expiary dates etc. etc. all from within VB.

I cant find this information ANYWHERE!! MSDN seems to be no help and I've scoured through EVERY copy of VBPJ and VBDeveloper that I can find!

Any help would be much appreciated.

I would like to know more about Temporary Internet Files, I would especially like to know how I can prevent files being cached when using Microsoft Internet Control, or if I cannot prevent them being cached how can I delete them from within a VB program on the fly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
