I have an Asus A7N8X and I heard somewhere that it doesn't use the on-die thermometer, what does it use, and is the temp. that the Asus probe gives still accurate. I was also wondering what normal temperatures were for a Geforce Ti 4400 are while running games, benchmarks, etc...

The A7N8X has a connector on the motherboard for a probe.
The Power supply must have 8A on 12V and 1A on 5V lines.
There is some incompatablility with the Audigy 2. But only if a certain option is turned on. The Asus Site had the details.
I have heard of stability issues but I have never used the motherboard.
