Hello,
I have mitel 5212 ip phones.
In the 5212 i put in gateway of the teleworker.
The teleworker has a public IP.
We have a sx200 and icp controller. Far as I know the teleworker and icp controller is what allows the 5212 to talk to the old analog sx200.
The 5212 is on a different network in another city.
I can call from it thru the phone system to walmart and press keys at walmarts ivr just fine. But if i try to access voicemail it does not work.
I can take the phone to where the phone system is at, put it on that network, and point the gateway to the icp controller and internal/external dtmf both work.
The teleworker is just being the public guy for the icp controller right? I dont see how internal dtmf could not be working...what do you think the problem could be?
Thanks
