I have been asked to supply some basic training aids to users for different Avaya Phone sets. Does anyone have a good suggestion of where I might find something like this?
The 9500 aren't new. Just new to us. We have even started selling the 9608 on the IP Office under 6.1 as the drivers are still there and work in the current 6.1.5. They will officially be supported in 6.1 MR later this month/early next month.

Yes I am. I started posting the 9608 videos and will complete the 1400/1600 and move to the 9611 then 9641. I HATE the 9621/9641 right now and have asked for some changes as they aren't nice for those of us with man size fingers and the faint yellow highlight around the active button is hard to see. Don't want to go through the trouble to draw up all the displays just to have to redraw them all if they change.

The training Videos are great. When do you think you will have the Training videos posted for the 9611 and the 9641 for review.
Do you do this for a business or just your web site, I see locked files on your site as if there were customers there on site.
Like the phones. Like the idea. As I understand it they use Android like the Flare device so making the changes to the display should be a very simple process...but they haven't done it yet.

Yea I reported them as well. I have the extra advantage of being 15 minutes away from the guy who hands out all of the EI product and when I saw these I went right back to him to tell him exactly how I felt about them.
