Telephone is callforwarded

So I have a 2008 display telephone that is callforwarded to a help desk person. This telephone needs to have a second line that will ring on the telephone when the second line is called. At the moment there is a second line but the calls are forwarded.

My question is there anyway to make this work or does anyone have a different option (besides physical telephones). As always thanks in advance.

Add SCR 6132 to any other phone, and the forwarding on 6132 will stop.

Thanks for the quick response.

That works great except it will still ring on a telephone that I don't want it to ring to.

Is there anyway I can change this?

You could set it to SCN (Non-Ringing)

Or, you could just add a second appearance on the phone it already appears on. I'd take the Message Key (MWK) spot, since that phone has a lamp anyways.

What I ended up doing was setting up SCN on the telephone we have in our IDF. Thanks for the help.
