Technician Function code for messenger upgrade

HI, I have a Mitel messenger 4 port. It also has a 4 port to 6 port upgrade sheet. It was never upgraded to 6 ports. The sheet serial number matchs and has the upgrade key numbers for the 4 to 6 port upgrade. Problem is when I access the Voicemail thru the phone I press 9, it asks for a technician function code. I found function codes for languages, servers, etc, but not for the upgrade. If someone could help me out, it would be greatly apprecited. Thanks!
