Hello,
Our company is switching providers. We currently have a PRI circuit for all inbound and outbound calls.
The new provider is using SIP trunking which has been converted to a PRI using the following equipment:
ADVA FSP 150-GE114 Pro
ADVA FSP 150CC
Adtran NetVanta 6310
My problem is that when I connect their circuit to my PRI, the D-Link won't connect. The provider claims the circuit is configured to work exactly like the PRI we current are using and that they are using the following protocols:
User National ISDN Service (NI2)
Extended Superframe (ESF)
B8ZS / DTMF / Immediate Start
Can anyone shed some light on what might be the problem? Is there something I need to do on the PBX side first?
Thanks!
