Hello all,
Just setup a TDA50 and TVA50 at customers location, everything seems to be working great with AA setup for no answer on CO and everything is routing to the correct location. This isn't a complicated setup but I am having an issue with VM itself.
I really think my problem is related to port 2 on the TVA not being seen by the TDA, port is open on the TVA and has been configured on the TDA as the second port for the VM but just says fault. is there a wiring diagram I'm missing that says port 2 on the TVA should be terminated differently?
With that question I belive it is related to the VM issue I'm having, when the secretary transfers a call to an EXT and they do not answer the VM does not pickup, I have setup FWD/BSY/NA option on each phone and even setup the intercept routing to go to 500 as well, I'm ready to rip my hair out! please someone lend me some knowledge or at least send me in the right direction!
