tansfer to mobile phone from vmailbox?

we have a cics 7.0 with a call pilot 100- 3.1
can a caller be transfered from a mailbox to my mobile phone by pressing a single digit?

Just set up outbound transfer in the mbox and the caller just presses 7. You have to allow the mbox outdial under f983, mbox, change, outdial(select a line or pool). Pool 1 equals pool A on the Norstar.

Restrict the VM ports from dialing international calls and long distance if needed. Outbound Transfer is used alot for toll fraud. Just protect yourself.
