I am working with a customer with an old Definity 9.5 (I know, very old). I am trying to set up attendant backup alerting. I have everything done but the backup phone can't enter the TAAS code to pick up the calls. Just by chance, I ran across an old post that mentioned a Special Application to allow TAAS pickup during day mode, which is exactly what they need, and looking at the Special Application screen, that one is not enabled. Here is my problem... The Special Application screen asks for Password 1, Password 2 and a Key. Does anyone know what those are/how to get past them? This is at a medical clinic and the flu (busy) season is coming up so they'd really like to get this figured out.
