I am trying to connecting an Auto Attendent to a Nortel MICS V6 software via T1.

Can I transfer from A/A (using wink or flash or ???) to an extension or group?

This seems to be a strange question on the MICS, we do use this feature on other systems, including Merdian.

Thanks for the help.

The A/A is not a nortel product? IS it integrated with the MICS? or are you just using E&M tie lines between the MICS and this device?

The A/A is made by the company I work for. It uses Dialogic T1 card in an Intel based PC.
The connection uses T1 to connect to the MICS.
Thanks
