System Status 100% packet loss

I have recently installed an IP Office 500 V2 using SIP lines.
It is on 10.0.4.0.0 build 74.
System Status is showing regular packet loss entries of 100% on the SIP line but no customers are complaining.
If I look at the CDR package the relevant calls are not being displayed.
Test calls voice quality is good.

Has anyone had anything like this ?

In my experience, SSA showed a lot of packet loss with H.323 extensions as well and likewise I didn't get complaints from customers about bad call quality or dropped calls. The DiffServ settings in IPO Manager I believe are the reason that SSA reflects major packet loss. However I'm not sure how they affect SIP lines. But it's a place to start researching. Good luck!

I have installed quite a few IP 500s but this is the first time I've ever seen so many 100%
entries.
I have also seen entries for the H.323 extns many times with no complaints.

I will check out DiffServ settings.
