System short code getting priority over user short code

I am facing a strange issue.
we have 2 SIP trunks configured with short codes
1. System short codes routed through ARS-SIP1 and
2. User short codes routed through SIP2.

This was working fine for some time but issue appear suddenly.
When the user who has user short code dials, call tries to go through the SIP 1 using the system short code.
when the same user press "redial" call routed with user short codes - SIP2.

Highly appreciate help.

Have you tried looking at it in Monitor?

Sounds as though I code is enbloc dialling and the other is dial delay.

Check you shortcode ; routing.

And yes use monitor or SSA to see how it’s dialing.

User codes prioritise system codes.
