I have a customer that has an IPOV2 Basic Edition. They are changing their extension numbers to numbers that are beyond the port extension range on the combo cards. They currently have extensions 100 - 115 and they want to change to 111 -124. Does Basic Edition allow for me to renumber the extension range? When I tried I kept receiving a message saying that extension numbers cannot overlap. I'm probably doing it incorrectly but I'm only familiar with the ease of doing it in Essential Edition. Would doing a backup, erase configuration and starting from scratch be another option if renumbering can't be done? Thanks for any advice you can give.

Please disregard this post. Had a brain cramp. Got it done.

Having same brain fart. What did you do?

Just make sure the extension range doesn't overlap. That's why I said I had a brain cramp because it was plain as day to see that I had done that.
