hi all,
im pretty new to nortel systems. we use nortel cs1000 meridian pabx system. i have an application which gives CDR data. But the data has some symbols and invalid characters. How do i get rid of these symbols and characters and get a clear call data record from our pabx system.

Im using the 9600/7/n/1 as the comm port settings.

Please let me know how to get a clean call data record.

any help is highly appreciated.

regards

to get clear data you have to integrate your output cdr to third party billing software.

Sounds like a baud rate/Parity issue. Typically these are 9600/8/n/1

yes kcflhrc it was configuration issues. now everything is ok. thanks all
