SX200EL Software Upgrade

Can anyone tell me what is the procedure to upgrade a SX200EL from LW17 to LW19? This is for a hotel that need to comply with 911 notification from there corporate office. I'm told you just turn the system off, install the LW19 flash card and turn the system back on. No programming required, all features remain activated (PMS). Sound too good to be true.

It's been years but that doesn't sound right

There should at least be a restore after the system boots up as LTW 19.

if it is a feature level, that won't change, what feature level are you at? Form 4 option 102

there should be a feature level in the form I indicated, as an example 1 or 2, probably 1

I'm not on site but the manual that came with the system said option 102 is "System Type" ML, EL, H
This is a very old system LW17 G67

I can't remember back to LW17, I know it is in LW18 the feature levels, I am not sure what options you would get going from LW17 to LW18, feature levels dictate the options.

I think you need a new options password. Mitel isn't supplying them for this platform anymore.
