SX 50 Line Disconnects....

One of the extention has a some kind of 3 minutes disconnect timer on it. Every 3 minutes that extention disconnets. Does anyone know how to take it off ??

does this station have the same or different cos than the other stations? If different can you post? Are the disconnected calls internal also or just on a trunk? Does this station use a trunk exclusively?

This station has same cos(1 or 121) as others. It happens when you dial out to access trunk..

I would move the stations to another port if you have one, if not swap with another.
