SX-200ICP crashed

My customer's sx-200 has crashed. I watch the bootup and it completes the disk configuration. Then it starts the Executing S10 startup script and it doesn't go any further in its bootup procedure.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

nevermind it has come to a hard drive failure
