On power up after showing H, C, - for a few minutes each on the MCCIII-ML Statum-4, the top LED reads E. and the bottom reads 8. The bay controller is in the alarm state. The SX-200 program card is Rel 3.0.

Any help would be appreciated.

Direct quote from my TAM "So about the only "legal" way is to re-purchase the software".

I posed the same question to my TAM and got basically the same answer.

Mitel retains "ownership" of the software and only "licenses" its use to the original end user. Said license cannot legally be resold nor even legally given to another person or entity.

Of course if the person who sold the hardware to you happened to include the matching MOSS sheet in the bundle then you would be up and running, but still not legal and therefore still exposed to possible legal recourse from Mitel if the system was ever "discovered".
