Is it analog CO lines or is it a PRI?We have a main call-in number that rings to a virtual ring group 100. In night mode, it goes right to a mailbox. But during the day, it rings forever. Where do I change it so that after X rings it goes to In-mail?

Assuming the 'virtual ring group 100' is programmed at 22-01 -02, Transfer Target, remove that and put the VRG 100 in a Ring Group at 22-04. At 22-11-05, Transfer Target 1, put in the Ring Group number you assigned VRG 100 to and at 22-11-06, Transfer Target 2, put in 102 (an internal code to send the call to InMail).Sorry for the delay.
