We have a SV9100 CP10 with a PRI circuit with frequent trouble. Is there any monitoring capability of the circuit ? D channel status? I put a loopback plug on the PRI and the PBX sees the circuit active, so I tell the customer, it's not the PBX. But otherwise we have no visual status. We use a Adtran ACE csu which is rather basic.

Use PCPro or Putty to connect, in PCPro, tools, Debug terminal. (make sure 10-20-06 is programmed).
Maintenance Manual will list all the commands you can run. One is for trunks status.
In the past we have add issues with outgoing, incoming always worked.

If you don't need the Adtran to boost the volume on the circuit or break out channels then remove it and let it run without it. If the problem goes away then the adtran is at fault.

Regular PRI which is kind of rare these days.

Chances the PBX is the issue is like 1%. You can also loop the Adtran for testing as well. I would make sure your LBO are setup correctly in the phone system and CSU. Also verify your clocking. 99% of the time its the carrier. Could be a bad CSU, it's rare but fairly cheap to swap out. I'd def have the carrier test it.
