SV9100 SIP DID Transfer Timer to Voicemail

Howdy,

I'm trying to extend the timer on forwarding calls to voicemail. My exmaple is:

1) caller calls to our SIP DID
2) presses option 1 to extension 8000
3) no answer on extension 8000 transfers to voicemail.

My stopwatch shows 15 seconds. I can't find any timer set at 15.

Currently, the party hears 3 rings before it's transferred to voicemail. They want to extend this timer. I've played with many timers without luck:

24-02-03,11
22-01-06,07,08,09,11

What am I missing?

Nevermind, I found it. These extensions were in class of service 1. The timer was set @ 20-31-15. I'm leaving this post up in case any one else runs into this.
