Dear \Sir,

i have an issue with a chassis sv8100 with a new sv9100 CPU. when i turn it on, it reboots for 3 times and all cards not ready keeps flashing. any idea. please help.

Try a factory default. Power down. Press and hold the reset button, power up and wait ~ 10 seconds then release the reset button. Wait about 2-4 minutes.

The issue is when i plug the bs10 and i turn on the system it still flashing red

Not sure if the BS-10 from the 8100 is compatible with the 9100 CPU.

do u think is the chassis issues bcs in manual i see the sv9100 is black chassis and the sv8100 is blue

this is what i got in log file.

Did you obtain the hardware migration license from NEC? It's required to let 8100 hardware work in the 9100.

Hi,
the BS-10 from the SV8100, is compatible with the SV9100 CPU. You need the hardware migration license from NEC and check for the number of system port lic.

i have migration licence and system port is 104

I don't know the Capacity of the system but I would try to activate the free license and restart.

if i put sv8100 cpu and expansion chassis it works fine. the guy from nec told me it is sd card issue. after i sended them dimlog and alarm files. if i put the sv9100 it works fine on one chassis only. i tried to copy to anther sd card it did not see it.
so confused.
