Hi, IS it possible to link a SV9100 to a Samsung 7200. We want to be able to call extension to extension between branches. How would this be done?

As far as I know there is no intergration that can be done however, I have had luck doing a similar type of set up. Its very old school but effective way to link two foreign systems together using traditional copper OPX circuits. Please be aware that this way can be COSTLY in the long run though. By installing 2 OPX circuits at each location they act as trunks where you press the trunk key then dial the 3 or 4 digit extension that is assigned in the remote system side both sides will require open trunk ports and line key appearences is advised. This will give you very basic ICM functionality.

(Depending on the size of your Samsung and the age of it you would be better off installing another 9100 or a 2100 with a IP CCIS configuration and would end up being cheaper in the long run.)

Hope this helps
