SV9100 IP phones not passing DTMF

Rls 4.00.50. Digital phones pass DTMF, but IP sets (DT800) do not. This is a PRI environment. Any place Other than 84-xx to look?

Look in the system options and service class there is a bit that needs to be turned on to pass DTMF I had the same issue found it in the rel 12 program manual
 
I ended up finding a setting in the phones themselves that I adjusted and it started to work.
 
There was a setting in the phone itself under maintenance, i think adjust, then audio, then DTMF. It was set at 32db at default, I moved it down to 12 and haven't had a problem since. I know once you were into the phone programming, it was 3,4,1,6 then i entered 12.
