I am having issues with getting the BizMLC App to wake / function consistently on internal / external inbound calls on Apple iOS phones (various iOS versions).

I've followed all the recommendations from NEC (Lan/Wan set up, iOS Settings, uSN Server, BizRTC settings, KB articles, etc.)

The App seems to only work when it is open and the phone is unlocked or has been idle for a only a short period of time.

Has anyone been able to get the BizMLC App to work consistently and reliably on an Apple iPhone?

SV9100: v12.00.5
BizMLC App: v3.0.8.4

Thank you for your assistance.

You need to go into advanced settings on the MLC for power settings. Your IP Phone settings in your SV9100 set to 60 seconds. I have had way more issues with droids that Iphone. I am assuming you are using NAT? You also need to turn off MAC randomization on your wifi. This has been a huge issues on a a lot of things FWIW.

Hello CoralTech,

I appreciate your response.

Yes I am using NAT.

I have also instructed users to not use internal WiFi when using the MLC just to simplify things for them.

You have referenced setting the MLC IP phone to 60 seconds in the 9100.

Would that be the timer in 15-05-47 & 15-05-48?

Also, in "Advanced Settings" in the MLC App, what power settings would you recommend changing?

Thank you CoralTech, much appreciated.

I'll test after changing the settings....

Ok, after doing some testing, the app was still having issues waking on an inbound call.

I contacted BizRTC support and here is what they recommended:

* Set register and subscribe expiry to 64800 on MLC App extensions. (15-05-47&48)
* Set register/subscribe expiry to 64800 in the SV9100 PBX. (84-23-01&02)

After I did this, the App would wake when idle for long periods of time.

Of course, keep in mind, all configuration (BizRTC site set up, uSN Server, NAT Traversal, firewall rules, licensing, etc.) had been previously set up.
