SV9100 ARS Dialing out Issues

Hi all,
this is me first post on this site and would really appreciate some help with this.

this is the scenario:

I have a SV9100 and we are facing an issue with dialing out via a ARS.

the Access code for dialing out is '0' and if we pause for at least 2 seconds especially if its a number we're not familiar with, we get a busy tone. so this means we have to memorise the number and dial as quick as possible to be able to dial out.

Ive tried checking and Adjusting Outgoing Call timers, etc but still havent any luck.

We use GSM gateways for Mobile to mobile calls and PRI for Local/National and IDD calls and all have the same experience when dialing out.

found the solution in 20-03-04.............changed from 1 to 5......all working!
