Hello,

Does anyone know what you enter in the "Telephony/Port" area of the Supervisor details in Contact Center Manager?

??telephony/port address (This is the number of the phoneset at which the
supervisor logs on. This is the phoneset on which the switch maps the agent
keys for agents reporting to this supervisor.)

Thanks! I actually just found that on the "help" link. Someone had told me that the position Id of the supervisors set had to be entered there; I guess not.
 
no. it doesn't seem to be used.
