Here's the story...
CR9. Main report pulls data from one access database. The subreport compares areacode and prefix derived from a formula in the first database and compares it to the second database (access). It then sends back the location for the main report to show.
The problem...
Some of the longer reports are leaving off the subreport on the first line of each page.
Every record that comes back fits on one line. That includes fields, formulas and the subreport is in that same line. The databases are fairly large. The main database is probably 100k records and the location database is probably 500k records.
