I have a form that contains a subform which may have several records. However, on the subform, I want to select only one of these rows, and just have that print on the form. I have a print control on the main form that uses acSelection, but that doesn't seem to affect the subform. Whenever I print the form, it will print all of the data from the subform.

I hope this makes sense and that someone can help. Thanks in advance!

I think I found a solution. I added a button to the subform that uses the RunCommand AcCmdFilterBySelection command. After scrolling to the correct record and clicking on the command button, it will then only print the selected record.

This is working, but is there a simpler way?

Thanks in advance!
