IP500v2 on 11.0.4.3.0
I'm seeing an odd/unknown IP address in my list of SCN sites in the SCN Network Status app that is run from within SysMonitor.
The address is 111.109.101.114. I saw another thread here referencing this but nobody really answered it and it's closed. Can anyone tell me why I would see an address like that when it has nothing to do with my system at all? I've added a static route on the IPO so it can't possibly route traffic to that network. I've checked the traffic through the firewall and everything I can think of but that address doesn't show up anywhere so I'm assuming it's something cosmetic but it's awfully worrying to see something like that and have no explanation.
The only reference I've seen to that specific address is in a devconnect note. The IP addy is part of the SNMP OID string. I know.. it's not the same thing. I'm mentioning it anyways.
Otherwise there is no way that IP address is actually communicating with any of my systems because I went full paranoia and added a specific block to all the firewalls for that IP in any direction on any interface.
Any help is appreciated.
