Strange global VM with no header that can't be deleted

I am working with an S8500 Media Gateway with a Definity VM system

About an hour ago, one of my users complained of a strange VM from someone within the company. She said that when she listens to her VMs, as soon as she enters her password, this VM starts to play. Usually when you hit the Message button and enter your extension and password, we hear our personal greeting and are told how many VMs we have. We then have multiple options. This message, however, plays before any of that and doesn't include a header with a timestamp. When you try to delete the message by hitting #3, you are told that it is an invalid entry. While I was talking to her, I got about 15-20 other phone calls with users complaining of the same thing. It appears that the same VM intended for the first user is in most people's VM box and cannot be deleted.

This is a very weird one that I have never heard before. Help is greatly appreciated.

Avaya TSO call center agent: 'when was the last time you rebooted the Audix?'

I rebooted it yesterday morning because I had to change the time for DST, and then I rebooted it this afternoon soon after I heard of the issue. The issue still remains after the reboot.

i would use Message Manager to log into one of those mailboxes and see what it looks like visually and see if you can put the voice mail into the wastebasket and delete it.

Where is Message Manager? I just checked all of my Intuity options and don't see it anywhere. We are badly in need of an upgrade so my firmware version is pretty old. My choices are:

ASG Security Administration
AUDIX Administration
Customer/Services Administration
Feature Options
Internet Messaging Administration
Network Backup
Networking Administration
Software Management
Switch Interface Administration
System Upgrade
TCP/IP Administration
Unix Management
Voice System Administration
Web Server Administration

Message Manager is a Window application that gives the end user a GUI login on their computer to Audix. you'd have it on a CD somewhere with your two Audix CDs. plus you'd have to have your Audix on your data network for Message Manager to be able to reach.
by the way, do you know the type and version of Audix you have: Map5, Map40, Map100, Modular Messaging?

I wish I knew where the Audix CDs are. That would be GREAT!! It probably doesn't matter anyway though, because the phone system is on a different network than our data network. I am fairly certain that we have Modular Messaging but I don't know how to find out for sure.
