I am working with an S8500 Media Gateway with a Definity VM system
About an hour ago, one of my users complained of a strange VM from someone within the company. She said that when she listens to her VMs, as soon as she enters her password, this VM starts to play. Usually when you hit the Message button and enter your extension and password, we hear our personal greeting and are told how many VMs we have. We then have multiple options. This message, however, plays before any of that and doesn't include a header with a timestamp. When you try to delete the message by hitting #3, you are told that it is an invalid entry. While I was talking to her, I got about 15-20 other phone calls with users complaining of the same thing. It appears that the same VM intended for the first user is in most people's VM box and cannot be deleted.
This is a very weird one that I have never heard before. Help is greatly appreciated.
