We are running a S8700. The issue is this , a phantom set programed as a 6408D with x7929 goes straight to voicemail when called. Even though it has been programed as call appearances on two existing 4610's. x7925, and x7874. Any ideas as to why it never rings these sets?

Since this is an xport (AWOH) Administered station with no hardware, the only place it can ring before going to cover is it's brdg-appr buttons.

Command:list bridge 7929

Then look at the buttons of the stations that are bridged and the stations the buttons are bridged on. If these stations cannot receive the calls for 7929, the calls will go straight to voicemail.

BRIDGED EXTENSIONS

Ext Principal's Buttons

7874 3
7925 2

you should change station 7874 to have brdg-appr btn: 1 ext: 7929
and also change station 7925 to have brdg-appr btn: 1 ext: 7929
calls do not go to btn: 2 or btn: 3 unless the btn: 1 is busy on a call.

Those are the stations they wanted me to set up bridged appearances for 7929. So that checks out.But if that is correct then it seems we have an issue.

I made the changes to x7874, and to x7925 as you suggested. It works now. Many thanks.
