i am trying to store a default directory name in a program after a .dbf has been saved.
ex:
use data
copy to putfile()
how do i store the directory path without the name of the file saved and vice versa.
for instance, if i named the file "rawdata.dbf" in the folder "c:\account\cash\" , how can i store "rawdata.dbf" and "c:\account\cash\" seperately without actually knowing what someone is goinging to name it and where they are going to put it.
